Organizational structure: |
The organization structure of the Soham Baba Mission is egalitarian. The different branches of the Mission situated worldwide work in close unison, nevertheless they function as independent organizations; likewise, Soham Baba Mission: Europe, America, Africa, South America and Asia are all independent organizations. This independent approach has been chosen as the medium of maneuver on a global platform so as to respect the diverse culture of the different countries. In association with the members and the ‘help seekers’, the Mission seeks to establish a ‘heart to heart’-connection. The activities undertaken in each country is customized to address the issues concerning the nation, contribute to the welfare of its citizens and offer Selfless-Service to the helpless and the needy ones. International cooperation between operations in the different countries is thus successfully manifested. Each Mission has a panel comprising of the elected board members in the capacity of: Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Co-ordinator and Advisor. |

The Soham Baba Mission is governed by the Dutch Law (Dutch: Nederlandse wet voor een Stichting) and cannot have any members. Soham Baba Mission is one of the world’s largest volunteer based NGO wherein people offer their selfless service to successfully realize the activities of the Mission on a universal platform. The associates from different countries join hands together to ensure the successful manifestation of the activities undertaken in any part of the world. |
