Mission statement:	The SOMECT is a non-governmental public association, non-profit. Registered in the Ministry of the Interior of Spain, as (CulturalHistórica Association) with the number: 589.030. The sovereign military Spanish of Knights Templar order is an Association of character secular ecumenico than this composed of Knights and ladies who try to live the Templar tradition adapted to the 21st century where the main goal is helping men women children and elderly regardless of race, religion or sex. Working in the education and protection of rights. The OMECT has an Institute of Development Studies Templar (IDET), which is studied by treaties with the Universities, History of the Orders of Chivalry in the Middle Ages, Medieval Military History, the Temple in Europe and the Crusades. The IDET, is registered as (Agency Interest of the European Commission - Development Studies Institute Templars) under the number: 85944004830-90. The SOMECT is also Registered as (Agency Interest of the European Commission - Spanish Military Order of the Knights Templar) with the number: 13056384829-48. The SOMEC this recognized by his Royal Highness the Prince of the Pindus D º Omar Andres Ayala and Valva. The SOMEC, recognized by the International Office of peace IPB headquartered in Geneva Switzerland

Number and type of members:	At present the OMECT has 172 members Knights, Dames and Sergeants, throughout the geography of Spain and the countries of (Principality of Andorra, Germany, Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay), keeping open consulates in these countries.
Affiliation with NGO networks:	The SOMECT, has with its NGO (Temple Solidario Spanish), national register no.: 596827; Group 1 - section 1. Through the NGO develops all the work humanitarian and solidarity among peoples.
