Mission statement:	ABAN ends the cycle of poverty among marginalized young women in Ghana and empowers them to contribute to the restoration of themselves, their communities and their environment. ABAN empowers young mothers and their children in Ghana through a holistic residential program that emphasizes healthily living, general education, life skills, career preparation, emotional well being and environmental awareness.
