    Year of registration: 1998
    Organizational structure: FHRRDA works in non-hierarchical setting, however in order to maintain volunteer base, all policy and decisions making power are invested with the hands of general body. The relevant Executive committee comprises on 15 members independently handle day-by-day activities and decision. FHRRDA General Body has grown over 40 members of either sex. It has a full-fledged; team of employed professional who work along with FHRRDA Volunteers, running the office six days a week from 10 am to 6 pm. Minimum of two working committees members are taken to each sub committee. Only critical and policy based issues are referred to General body. The executives committee meeting is held once a month to address any issue that may arise. The meeting of each subcommittee held fortnightly and each subcommittee submit monthly reports to the executive committee. The executive committee submits its report to the general body on yearly basis
    Number and type of members: GENERAL BODY: FHRRDA General body determines the policy and program of the Association and provides financial budget submitted by the executive committee. It holds election of executives committee and appoints an auditor for auditing of account. It approves the audit report and yearly activity program report. Membership to the general body in not fixed. Total membership is 40 male and female. EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE: FHRRDA executive committee is composed of six office bearers and nine executive committee members. The General body meeting after every two years elects the members for the executive committees is ultimate decision-making body for the policy and approach of FHRRDA. Each subcommittee must include at least two members of the executive committee and encourage the involvement of general body members in its all activities. Any new member to executive committee shall be elected through general body meeting
