Organizational structure: |
Supreme body NGO is general meeting of members of the organization which is convoke once a year. It has special powers on formation of Board, change of the charter, etc. The board makes a decision on strategic directions of NGО. Approves the report of Executive director. Chairman and members of Board have no right to sign contracts both other administrative and financial documents of the organization. Members of Board participate in realization of projects NGО as experts and volunteers. Executive director is the basic administrative part in NGО. Executive director is appointed by the decision of Board and operates on the basis of the Charter of the organization. It has the right to sign contracts, to speak on behalf name NGО. It carries out functions of the cashier is responsible for purchase of the equipment and accessories. Financial questions of the organization solves by accountant (the financial manager) of the organization. It is appointed by Executive director and is responsible for conducting the accounting book and a finance administration of the organization. Makes financial reports. Lawyers and experts of the organization are the basic executors of projects. NGО has one lawyer constantly in staff and invites the experts on realization of projects. Volunteers participate in realization of various actions of NGО. |
