    Organizational structure: Our General Assembly is composed of a Board of Directors, an Executive Director and their respective Advisors. Reporting to them directly are an Administrative Manager responsible of finances and membership coordination. A Communication and Dissemination Manager responsible of public relations. A Programme Manager responsible of training, finding consultants and fielding the staff. All the managers have an assistant who helps them in the day-to-day operations.
