    Organizational structure: The organizational structure of TaiWha Methodist Social Welfare Foundation consists of the following two bodies: Board of directors, which is the strategic and decision-making supervisory body chaired by the president. General secretariat, which is chaired by secretary general conducting domestic and international affairs. Board of directors consists of policy development committee, profits management committee, fund-raising committee and provisional committee. The One of main roles of the board of directors is to appoint Secretary General and assess the overall direction and strategy of corporate business. General secretariat, which is chaired by the General Secretary, includes the secretariat, building management office, social welfare research institute and affiliated centers that consist of 42 social welfare facilities including 10 community centers. Two international branches consist of office of Cambodia and office of Lao PDR. The secretariat consists of general affairs department, strategic plan department, fund-raising and public relations department and overseas project department. Main function of the secretariat is operating general domestic and international affairs. Building management office consists of building management department, electricity department and facility department. Social work research institute is conducting study to improve professionalism and capability in managing social services.
    Number and type of members: Board of directors consists of 13 directors including one president, ten board members two auditors. General secretariat is chaired by one secretary general who is in charge of affairs of the secretariat, office of building management, social work research institute and 42 affiliated institutions including 10 regional community centers. General secretariat (1): Secretary General (1), Director (0), General Manager (0) General affairs Department (4); Manager (1), Deputy manager (1), Social workers (2)/ Strategic plan department (3): Manager(1), Deputy manager (2)/ Fund-raising and public relations department (4): Manager (1), Deputy manager (1), Social workers (2)/ Overseas project department (3): Manager (1), Deputy manager (0), Social workers (2) Battambang community center (International branch office, Cambodia) (2): Country director (1), social worker(1) - Vientian community center(International branch office, Lao PDR)(2): Country director(1), Social worker(1) Building management office (5): Director (1), General Manager (1), Manager (1), Social workers (2). Electricity department (4): Deputy manager (1), Staff engineer (2), Engineer (1)/ Facility department (6): Manager (1), Deputy manager (2), Staff engineer (2), engineer (1) Social work research institute (2): Manager (1), Deputy manager (1): Manager of department of strategic plan and one of deputy manager of strategic plan are in charge of affairs of research institute.
