    Organizational structure: We consider ourselves a Cooperative International Non-Governmental Organization (CiNGO). We are established as a program objective understanding the Ecology Crossroads Cooperative Foundation, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) established in Kentucky in 1994. Globcal International is an independent formation establishing itself as an offshore charitable foundation. Our structure is a cooperative business and a charitable trust that is engaged in program developments to make life better for others.
