Organizational structure: The organizational structure is composed of individuals who voluntarily donate their time to both the development and implementation of programs of this organization since it should be noted that none receives a payment for the service rendered. So this split on the Governing Board, composed of 5 people and headed by a President elected every two years with the possibility of maintaining his or her position for consideration by the other members and the other 4 people assume responsibility for their own interest in the area operational or logistics to deliver the intended results. On the other hand, we work in each region have a link, to that call as Zone Delegates so that helps to have a better coordination with volunteers and project leaders who are running.
Number and type of members: At first the Governing Board with 5 members including founders and the Zone Delegates which are 4 in Perote valley, Zongolica saw, Papaloapan basin and Cosoleacaque region in every zone between 25 or 30 people are volunteering in many programs, so we have at least 100 members and also we have an Advisory Board composed of 20 members of many social sectors, who helps us in the planning of actions and also in evaluating results to their field of work form another perspective are likely not have a lack of experience.
    Affiliation with NGO networks: None.
