    Organizational structure: The board of directors oversees administration, finance, and policy with financial administration, payroll, and reporting contracted to McMillion & McMillion, CPA. The leadership group includes the executive director, the director and associate director of academic programs, director of corporate programs, the director of corporate social innovation, and director of corporate engagement and management. The business manager oversees daily administrative and financial matters. Eight full-time staff members manage programs. Twenty-two contract staff plan and manage projects.
