There are nine members in the board of director which is led by a president. The duty of president is to monitor and support the organization. From the board of directors, one executive director is selected. Under the executive director, there are two officers; they are program manager and administration and finance manager. The duty of the program manager is to manage/coordinate different programs of the organization, especially, the program manager manage the all Naya Goreto project like TB Reach program, Recevery Home programe, Lalitpur Sub Metropolitan program. To conduct the training program on Lalitpur Sub Metropolitan city, there are trainers and volunteers with the expertise on Drug and HIV/AIDS sector. Similarly for the TB Reach program, there are program officers in western and far western with monitoring and evaluation officer and one finance officer. Program officers have coordinate with District Public Health office in each district as well as guide to Volunteers for effective mobilization in grass root level. Program officers reported monthly basis to program manager and program manager compiled all reports and submitted to executive director. Executive Director presents the progress report to the board members in quarterly basis in board meeting. Finally the board of director, executive director along monitoring and evaluation officers monitoring the field to verify the accuracy of report submit by the district officers. |

Naya Goret (NG) has nine board members ( 5 Men, 4 Women) are from different backgrounds, nationalities and cultures with Highly professional and skilled, trained or educated members in drug, TB/HIV, public health, advocacy, education, social, and work, communication psycho-social counseling. And 7 permanent staffs from key population communities. With envisioned an organization that would enable vulnerable communities to raise their issues for meaningful participation in social development and thereby act upon systematic oppression towards them. As a not for profit organization, NG do not aim to compete, duplicate or replicate but try to bring together the very best people and ideas to achieve best results. NG board and staffs work at very local level to empower them before participating them in national and international social mainstream. By optimizing resources and sharing vital information to the targeted communities, NG provides a means for vulnerable groups to become more effective in completing their vital tasks and achieving progress at the grass root and policy level. NG wants its members to be inspired into positive action based on their passions. |
