    Organizational structure: ① The Special Olympic Korea situates branches in Seoul, Each Metropolitan City·Province and Special Autonomic City·Province(hereinafter referred to as "City·Province Special Olympic Korea"). ② City·Province Special Olympic Korea can be set up as corporation and may be affiliated with Disabilities Sports Council. ③ City·Province Special Olympic Korea must comply with this Articles of Association and regulations and subscription and requirements of the branch or procedure shall be determined separately through the resolution of the board of directors. ④ Presidency Council may be established to invigorate City·Province Special Olympic Korea.
    Number and type of members: Members of The Special Olympic Korea is composed of the following; 1. Regular member a. SOI executives with possession of the Republic of Korea citizenship b. Members of the Committee c. Representative of SOK Team 2. Special member a. Special member is an individual or organization whom agrees to the purpose of establishment of this committee and aims to contribute to the development and finance of this committee. b. Those who wish to join Special members shall apply according to a predetermined procedure. Any individuals and organizations wishing to become members of the Special Olympic Korea shall apply for the membership to Special Olympic Korea and the decision is made by Board of Directors and the General Assembly of representatives. Members may submit a withdrawal of membership form to withdraw from the association. Members have the right to participate in the plenary business. Members are obliged to abide by the Articles of Association and the plenary provisions. Members can be expelled through the decision of the majority of two-thirds of the General assembly and the board of directors.
