    Organizational structure: A academia Joãolisboense de Letras (AJL), foi idealizada em 2017, com o intuito de promover a cidadania e o desenvolvimento social, por meio de ações e recursos literários, na cidade de João Lisboa-MA. A mesma conta com a composição tradicional de 40 cadeiras e 20 sócios-correspondentes, que correspondem aos membros efetivos das mais variadas esferas sociais, unidos em prol de uma mesma causa.
