    Organizational structure: Caritas Nigeria is structured into three departments: Finance, Administration and Programs with a senior management team headed by the Executive Director/CEO and a staff strength of 214 highly qualified technical, program and grants management staff with relevant years of field experience working with various partners, sub-grantees and host communities across different programs to ensure services are delivered to intended beneficiaries. Its country office is in Abuja with six regional offices in Borno, Cross River, Delta, Edo, Enugu and Imo Sokoto States. Nonetheless, there are also 55 local (diocesan) Caritas offices spread across the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory of Nigeria, which makes it easier for Caritas Nigeria to reach target beneficiaries in hard-to-reach communities.
    Number and type of members: Caritas Nigeria as the national Caritas, coordinates 55 other local (diocesan) Caritas' spread across the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory of Nigeria to implement humanitarian and development interventions.
    Affiliation with NGO networks: Caritas Nigeria is a member of Caritas Internationalis, a network of 165 member countries providing relief and development around the world. In addition, Caritas Nigeria also belongs to several Technical Working Groups of NGOs.
