Caritas Nigeria is structured into three departments: Finance, Administration and Programs with a senior management team headed by the Executive Director/CEO and a staff strength of 214 highly qualified technical, program and grants management staff with relevant years of field experience working with various partners, sub-grantees and host communities across different programs to ensure services are delivered to intended beneficiaries. Its country office is in Abuja with six regional offices in Borno, Cross River, Delta, Edo, Enugu and Imo Sokoto States. Nonetheless, there are also 55 local (diocesan) Caritas offices spread across the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory of Nigeria, which makes it easier for Caritas Nigeria to reach target beneficiaries in hard-to-reach communities. |
