WFTC /Governance consists of: a) Executive Council b) Board of Directors a). Executive Council The ongoing business of WFTC is managed by the Executive Council, which consists of the following: 1 . Officers: President, Deputy President, 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President, 3rd Vice President, 4th Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and immediate Past-President 2. Committee Chairpersons. 3. Presidents of Regional Associations and Federations. The Executive Council is responsible for the management of the affairs of WFTC. The Executive Council shall report to the Board of Directors. A quorum of the Executive Council shall be constituted by five (5) members, including at least one officer. Each member shall have 1 (one) vote and such voting may be done by written proxy. |
