The staff consists of 8 full-time employees and 2 part-time employees and/or interns, as well as the Executive Director, Lina Barrantes, and the Board of Directors. The employees are divided into two departments: 1) administration and finance and 2) programming. |

There are 3 program officers and 1 academic director that oversees all programs and research on the programming side. Sometimes there are 1-3 interns that collaborate in this department. There are 2 administrative assistants, 1 finance assistant, 1 director of finance, 1 tech assistant, and 1 executive director in the office of administration and finance. |
