Organizational structure: |
CIFOR is headed by a Director General, with oversight provided by a Board of Trustees. There are two Deputy Director Generals for Research and for Operations. Research is divided in 7 teams and supported by a project management office and a resource development team. Operations includes teams for finance, Admin, HR and IT. |
