    Organizational structure: Icograda's Executive Board consists of individuals who are duly nominated and elected by Icograda Member organisations at the biennial Icograda General Assembly. Members of the Executive Board serve in a volunteer capacity, donating their time and expertise to further Icograda's mandate. Board meetings are typically held four times a year in different locations around the world, usually in conjunction with regional meetings, seminars, or other scheduled Icograda or Member events.
    Number and type of members: Icograda’s members are 214 independent organisations in 67 countries and regions, forming a global network: 54 Professional Members, 18 Promotional Members, 83 Education Members, 7 Corporate Members and 11 Affiliate Members share common concerns, commitments and standards. The IDMN (International Design Media Network) includes 40 design publications from 19 countries committed to advancing standards and ethics in design journalism. Hundreds of Friends support Icograda as individuals. Icograda is a founding partner of the International Design Alliance (IDA), concentrating on opportunities arising from multidisciplinary collaboration.
