Mission statement:	Non Government Organization International Career Support Association(NGOICSA) The creation of the type worth living in the 21th century.It contributes to theworld through the profession education,mental health and employment refugee relief activity. NGOICSA doesn't solve if it does and doesn't understand work making as the living bread with the employment refugee support as the major issue in the 21th century regardless of the developing country, the advanced.We support an employment refugee in the world, and introduce systems in the advanced and support an employment refugee in our country, tackle the reduction of the suicide for the economic and mental reason and tackle a problem solution in the developing country and future problem in the advanced at the same time.The Association executive and all of the member.
