Organizational structure: |
FCA is governed by an elected Board of Directors. The Board of Directors will be made up of nine (9) representatives of separate member organizations elected every two (2) years from a slate of candidates derived from the membership. Each of the six WHO regions (AFRO, AMRO, EMRO, EURO, SEARO, and WPRO) shall have at least 1 representative in the Board of Directors. The General Assembly, consisting of all active members, is the FCA's highest authority and adopts decisions by the process of voting. |
