Mission statement:	The O. H.D.E.O.D Its goals: - mentor in the social, men, women and children in need (in the diet, morality, social life, etc.. ...) the result of wars, theft and other hostilities; - educate and inform the men, women and children in poor health problems, morality, life expectancy and the environment; - to provide and improve the survival of men, women and disadvantaged children in institutions; - to give the orphans of school aid, cultural and learning in the social - economic. L’O.H.D.E.O.D a pour buts : - d’encadrer dans le plan social, les hommes, les femmes et enfants démunis(dans l’alimentation, la moralité, la vie social, etc. …) par la suite des guerres, des vols et autres hostilités; - d’éduquer et d’informer les hommes, les femmes et enfants démunis dans les problèmes de la santé, la moralité, l’espérance de vie et de l’environnement ; - d’apporter et d’améliorer les conditions de survie des hommes, des femmes et des enfants démunis dans des institutions appropriées ; - d’apporter aux enfants orphelins des aides scolaires, culturels et de l’apprentissage dans les milieux sociaux – économiques.
