    Mission statement:
    Year established:
    Organizational structure: Governed by a Board made up of representatives of member organizations, led by a Chief Executive. Policies, strategies and activities are member-led.
    Number and type of members: 250 member organizations globally, representing patients across nations and disease areas. Full members are organizations led by patients themselves, and associate members are organizations working toward being patient-led and/or that have strong patient representation and work to put patients at the centre of health decision-making and delivery at every level.
