    Organizational structure: The International Alliance for Responsible Drinking (IARD) is a not-for-profit organization funded by leading producers of beer, wine and spirits. Its members form the board of directors and elect officers (chairman, vice-chairman, secretary, and treasurer from among their members). The secretariat is split between offices in London, United Kingdom and Washington, DC, USA. The secretariat is headed by the President who is the chief executive.
