| Organizational structure: |
The organisationmis made of the General assembly which appoints the Board of Directors. There is a Board of Trustees made of five members appointed amongst the Directors. The management team is made of the Executive Director, Director in charge of administration and finance and two programme directors. There is also six programme officers and three programme assistants. Organisations programmes and budgets is approved by the General assembly. Top level appointments are subject to approval from two boards and confirmation by the General Assembly. |
