Mission statement:	Bridges is inspired by a philosophy that aims to foster channels of positive communication for the ultimate goal of brotherhood, friendship and collaboration among the people of the globe through motivation the spirit of religions. Bridges Sudan is primarily focused on bridging the divide between Muslims and Christianity worldwide. Bridges are driven by dreams to struggle to achieve peace and reconciliation for the war victims, the poor, the weak and the meek everywhere. Bridges is a people to-people popular diplomacy initiative applying the spirit of religions as a mechanism to bridge the divide between civilizations in different part of the world. Defeating hatred, fear, bigotry, and militancy through comparative research is a critical component in seeking expanded “common ground”. This is accomplished through dialogues around the commonality of the humanity. Bridges enhance every one’s cultural values, norms, and traditions. In an effort to combat racial discrimination and xenophobia so that people can live together in dignity as brothers, friends regardless of their race, color and ethnic backgrounds. Despite differences of opinions, culture, approach, and political point of views people can share and care for a harmonious globe, and they can cooperate to attain a human face for the whole people on the globe. Bridges is exerting utmost efforts inspiring a wide spectrum of activities to enhance population and sustainable development, particularly consolidating culture of peace, empowerment of women and child welfare. Bridges endeavors to ensure rehabilitation and development of the regions inflicted by manmade and natural disaster, war affected areas as well as rendering genuine humanitarian assistance for the needy specially IDPs and Refugees at the world wide scale.

Organizational structure:	(BRIDGES) Organization structure: 1)Board of Trustees (General Assembly). 2)Board of Directors. 3)Executive Organ. Decision making process: 4)(BRIDGES) is entrusted to the General Assembly and the Board of Directors. (General Assembly) meets every 3 years. Board of Directors every 6 months. 5)The Board of Trustees consists of 30 members and headed by a chairperson. 6)The Secretary General is appointed by the Board of Directors. 7)The executive organ consists of the Secretary General and head of departments. 8)(BRIDGES) consists of 2 main departments. (BRIDGES) structure is annexed. 9)The Secretary General is the chief executive officer of the organization. He appoints all committees, temporary or permanent, with the approval of the Board of Directors.
Number and type of members:	BRIDGES have currently 550 MEMBERS. •(BRIDGES) rules allow now only individuals but have no objection to consider approval of organization in the future.
