    Organizational structure: (BRIDGES) Organization structure: 1)Board of Trustees (General Assembly). 2)Board of Directors. 3)Executive Organ. Decision making process: 4)(BRIDGES) is entrusted to the General Assembly and the Board of Directors. (General Assembly) meets every 3 years. Board of Directors every 6 months. 5)The Board of Trustees consists of 30 members and headed by a chairperson. 6)The Secretary General is appointed by the Board of Directors. 7)The executive organ consists of the Secretary General and head of departments. 8)(BRIDGES) consists of 2 main departments. (BRIDGES) structure is annexed. 9)The Secretary General is the chief executive officer of the organization. He appoints all committees, temporary or permanent, with the approval of the Board of Directors.
    Number and type of members: BRIDGES have currently 550 MEMBERS. •(BRIDGES) rules allow now only individuals but have no objection to consider approval of organization in the future.
