T.Y.I.A is structured as follows
- General Assembly (meeting)
- Board of Directors
- Management Committee.
Article 9: General Meeting
The general meeting is composed of the founder members and members.
The statute of the members of the general meeting is benevolent.
Article 12: Board of Directors
The Board of Directors regroup six (6) people of which the founding and five other members elected in the General Assembly for three (3) years and can be re-elected.
Article 13: Working of Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors is a sovereign organ of the supervising and controls.
It meets at least once per year on the convocation of the president or on the demand by the two third (2/3) of its members.
It can meet in extraordinary board in case of events that can take into danger the life of T.Y.I.A
Article 15: Composition of T.Y.I.A. Board of Directors
It regroups within six (6) people.
One president, whose role is to convene and to preside the General Meeting and the board meetings
A Vice President, which seconds the president in case of the absence
A Secretary General
A Financial Officer
A program Officer
One Floor Member
The statute of the members of the Board of Directors is benevolent
Management Committee.
Article 16: Working of Management Committee
The management committee is constituted of the Secretary General, Public Relation Officer, Financial Officer, Secretary and Project Co-coordinator |

Article 5: Composition.
The T.Y.I.A is composed of the founding members and members.
Paragraph 1: Founding members
The title of founding members is awarded to anyone who have gave out ideal and caused the creation of the association, it is ineligible and irremovable because of his/her very important role in the association
Paragraph 2: Members
Members are those who regularly gave their contribution to T.Y.I.A as definite by the General Meeting.
Article 6: Adherence (Membership)
The T.Y.I.A admits like member, a natural person that accepts the present statute and admitted after study of his/her documents.
The Board of Directors finally pronounces his adherence (membership).
Once it is pronounce, the candidate should fulfill all the conditions according to the prescription contained in the statute. |
