Mission statement:	ARC International seeks to conduct research, educate and disseminate information in connection with human rights for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered people internationally, by facilitating awareness of and access to international human rights mechanisms, and fostering international linkages, capacity-building and communications between organizations with similar objects. ARC International supports the universality of human rights and seeks to ensure that all human beings, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity, are able to enjoy their civil, cultural, economic, political and social rights in accordance with international human rights standards.
