Organizational structure: |
Hedge, Ghana is governed by a 3 member board of directors that provides financial management, program and resource management oversight over the organization.
The programs directors who is the secretary of the board, acts at the liaison between the board and the operational staff of the organization.
The organization has 3 departments namely:
Administrative and Finance headed by an administrator and an accountant respectively. 2 assistants provide support in these department. Other support staff are 1 driver, one security officer and 1 cleaner.
Programs department: This department has 3 program managers supported by 3 program assistants.
Research department: This department has 1 head of research and 2 research assistants.
Short term consultants, interns and volunteers are recruited over the course of the year as required by the different programs being implemented. |
