    Organizational structure: Give to Colombia is governed by a very active Board of Directors that appoints the Executive Director. The Executive Director, in collaboration with the Board of Directors, is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the organization and must also design, develop and implement strategic plans for their organization. The Executive Director is in charge of leading the staff and reporting back to the board of directors.
