    Organizational structure: The Center has three offices strategically located in the country with the head office in Lagos and field offices in Abuja and Owerri. The Board of Trustees are responsible for the Management and administration of the Organization. They set the broad strategic goals of the Organization. The board consists of 9 members of whom 5 are women and 4 men. The Center has a program staff of 12 and support staff of six serving the three offices. Also, we have about 20 volunteers who help in implementing programs. The program staffs implement project activities; write grant proposals and network with other professionals in the interest of the Center. Five members of the board are female including the Executive Director. The field offices are manned by females and the Head of Accounts is a female. They all play a major role in projecting a positive image of the Center as a Non Profit Organisation.
    Number and type of members: The Center has 18 core staff across the 3 offices and a volunteer corps of 20 people.
