    Organizational structure: The organization of Pro-Link Ghana is made up of: A Board of Directors, with a Chair; An Executive Director who is CEO and accountable to the Board; A core management secretariat; A qualified staff of 35, to implement the programmes. Pro-Link has its head Office in Accra Abavana Junction, Pigfarm. It also has District offices, which provide the base for its activities in the Hohoe, Mankessim, Aflao, Obuasi, Danfa and Kadjebi districts of Ghana, and ongoing operations in Mafi-Kumasi in the North Tongu district. Each project area has a local advisory board, which meets quarterly to provide direction and monitor project activities.
