    Organizational structure: It is headed by the Director. Then it has two commissions: Development and Justice and Peace, each headed by a Programme officer. The programme Officer for Development has three key officers: Gender, Livelihood and Monitoring and Evaluation Officers. The Programme Officer for Justice and Peace has four key Officers: Parliamentary Liarson, Economic Justice, Paralegal and Monitoring and Evaluation Officer who is the same person under Development. All these are linked to the target areas in 14 parishes of the Diocese of Mpika.
    Number and type of members: Total number of participants stand at 3,360. The participants we work with are those vulnerable but viable ones who can bring about reduction of poverty and effect Justice and Peace and Development.
