    Organizational structure: a)The Governing Board: is the principal policy making body for the entire activities of the EarthWatch Research Institute b)The Steering Committee (SC): Shall be highest policy making and governance body of the membership aspect of the Institute. c)The Secretariat: The Secretariat of the membership aspect of the Institute shall be responsible for carrying out the decision of the Steering Committee. d) The Thematic Groups (TG): The Thematic Groups shall be the functional units of the membership aspect of institute.
