Mission statement:	IUT (U. I .V) has thus recognized the entire traveling public as very important partners and stakeholders in the effort to reduce, if not eliminate entirely the spate of vehicles' accidents, corruption, car hijacking, arms robbery of vehicles and passengers goods, child trafficking, extortions and also assist travellers in finding solutions to the numerous problems they encounter as they embark on their journey as: -Provision of quick medical treatment until professional assistance arrives during an accident time. - Keeping an eye on accidents victims, certain security agents extortion, harassments and corruption, -Having a duty to assess anyone who appears to have care and support needs; - Creation first aid centers in the communities near our roads and stations for treatment and teach youth as volunteers for First Aid skills that could save a life, helps to deal with an emergency and make a real difference in our country and setting up ambulances to assist quick transportation of patients as injury people. -Setting up of line up for fundraising and projects that taking into consideration of all technical sectors (water and sanitation, nutrition, food, shelter, health), as social, economic, political and security environment, -Prevention of road traffic fatalities and injuries through stronger law enforcement, better transportation infrastructure; conflict resolution for Peace, Human Rights and the Rights of Peoples. -High priority of humanitarian service as importation of goods, vehicles and medicals shall be given to strengthening the capacities of the most vulnerable groups, targeting schools, poor communities and rural areas.
