Organizational structure: |
CHRR comprise a 10 member Board of Trustees that is responsible for policy formulation. Its members are individuals with varied academic and professional backgrounds. Members serve for three year term. A few members from the out going board are retained to ensure continuity. Below the Board is the Secretariat, which is responsible for day to day activities. The Executive Director heads teh Secretariat and is accountable to the Board for oversight responsibilities on the organisation's operations and management matters. The Executive Director is an ex officio member and also Secretary for the Board.
Below the secretariat are the community based volunteer district civic educators, located within their respective communities in each of CHRR's impact areas/districts |
