Organizational structure: |
PAORP-VWC affiliated women and youths groups form the foundation of PAORP-VWC management structure. Since the groups are many, delegates will often be drawn from the various regions where the NGO intervenes to attend general meeting as representatives. Among these delegates, a fifteen-man board of directors is being elected to run the activities of the organization. This board is headed by a chairperson, an assistant, a secretary and treasurer for a period of 3 years, before new elections are conducted. The board shall influence the extension work of the organization. It shall decide on policies and decisions relating to groups. A supervisor committee is set up from among the delegates to act as police of the B.O.D. it protects and monitors the financial welfare of the board by examining its affairs, performing annual audits and reporting to the general assembly. |
