    Organizational structure: OUR ORGANISATION BODIES THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY The General Assembly is ANCS highest body. It includes representatives of NGOs, community based organizations or groups, women networks, youth groups entitled to be full members. They meet in ordinary session every third year. It defines ANCS key directions in terms of HIV/AIDS activities. THE BOARD The Board is ANCS governing body. It is the employer of the Executive Body and defines with it the intervention strategies and the selection of priority zones. It includes fifteen members the Board members are selected from. THE EXECUTIVE BODY It is the technical body responsible for the implementation of ANCS programmes. Its members are recruited by the Board. The executive Board is headed by an Executive Director. It is divided into four departments: Finance, Programmes, Monitoring & Evaluation Communication, Information, and Documentation. multilateral);
