    Organizational structure: CHIWESE is governed by a seven members of the Governing Board which are elected during the general annual meeting by its members in elections after five years to establish policies, approves programmes and decided on administrative and financial plans and budget of the organisation. The Governing Board meets three times a year. CHIWESE has a management team which is the technical and administrative organ that works to accomplish its plans, programmes and manage the day-to-day affairs of the organization. The management team based in Juba head office is managing the entire Sudan programme. The Executive Director, Finance and Administration Manager, Programme Manager, Communications and Advocacy Manager constitute the management team.
