    Organizational structure: CHRIFACAF is overseen by nine members of the the Board of Governors (Advisory Board) and three Board of Trustees. The affairs of the organization are administered by a select group of Board members through contracts, a cadre of volunteers and a small number of salaried workers. Some Board members serves as the officers of the organization as well and receive no monetary compensation.
