Governance
KRUCIAL aid (KRU-aid Nigeria) is governed by a board providing its oversight functions. The board is made up of people with experience in social development, education, academia, commerce and industry, organizational development, labour movement, finance and audit. With the board, the organization is working to institutionalise an annual general assembly which will review and foster opportunities to modify and improve on strategies to deliver her mission and objectives.
2.1.2 Management
KRU-aid Nigeria is managed by a Technical Management Team (TMT), comprising of a Programme Directors/Manager, Head Human Resource Management, Strategic Planning and Business Development (HRM, SP& BD), Head Monitoring & Evaluation (M & E), Research and Survey, Head Financial Control and Audit, Head ICT which oversees the work in thematic areas with the Programme Coordinator to execute projects. Also are Programme Officers, Administrators and Assistants who provide support in thematic areas and units. The Technical Working Groups see to a multi-Response and Intervention in areas of Legal Support, Advocacy and Policy Formation, Water & Sanitation, Education, Health and HIV/AIDS Treatment Facilitation, Conflict Prevention & Peace Building.
