When interpreting our organizational chart we settle from to a horizontal structure, few estates and almost without hierarchies that it looks for to optimize the relation time - execution of tasks. The figure of President of the Association is very near the rest of the members of the Directive Commission and the Administrative Secretary acts as of technical support in administrative and countable aspects. The conduction of the operative areas is divided in activities of formation and qualification, to position of the ISET, and actions of technical attendance and consultancy, in charge of the Program of Technical Attendance to Entrepeneurs, by one side, and the opposite the Office of Technological Transference, to each other. |
