La Tour Opération et Initiatives est composée de trois organes à savoir : l’Assemblée Générale, le Conseil d’Administration et le Conseil Exécutif National. a) l’Assemblée Générale est l’organe suprême de notre association ses décisions sont imposables à tous, elle est constituée des membres actifs en règle de paiements des cotisations ; b) le Conseil d’Administration est l’organe de conception, d’orientation et de décision coprésidé par le Professeur Ordinaire Mbala Katumba Célestin lui-même authentique représentant des peuples Autochtones Pygmées et de l’Ancien Ministre Honoraire et député Monsieur Barthelemy Botswali; c) le Conseil Exécutif National, est l’organe d’exécution du programme conçu en conseil d’Administration, et de sa mise en application. il est coordonné par Monsieur MABAYA MANDUNGU Emmanuel ; d’autant de créneaux qu’il ya de secteurs d’opération, tous dirigés par des Experts de grande notoriété repartis dans le secteur d’activités tels que: le secteur de l’Education non formelle, le secteur santé primaire et lutte contre la pandémie, secteur environnement et gestion des écosystèmes, secteur d’autosuffisance alimentaire d’où une flopée des responsables de diverses activités génératrices de revenus pour l’ONG, secteur Fiscalité échange libre et développement. |
