    Organizational structure: KBF is managed by a dedicated Management Team with expertise in various fields of socio-economic development including education, health as well as Information and Communication Technology. A president/CEO oversees the Foundation, a General Manager takes care of the day to day management of the office while Directors are in charge of the various activities along the strategic lines of intervention mentioned in our strategy above.
    Number and type of members: At present, the Foundation has over 35 members, 60 percent of whom are resident in Nigeria. In addition to permanent staff strength of eight persons, members contribute their expertise to the organisation, as and when needed
