The Youth Coalition for Sexual and Reproductive Rights (YCSRR) is a youth-led, members-based organization. YCSRR is governed by an international and elected Board of Directors, comprising of 8 members, that represent the membership in decision-making and ensuring that all organizational activities are in line with four key strategic areas: advocacy; workshops and trainings; communications; organizational development. The members of the organization work out of thematic task-forces and committees and are responsible for the planning and implementation of all organizational activities. The work of the organization is supported by 3 staff members, including an Executive Coordinator that oversees the general coordination of the organization. Taskforces: Comprehensive sexuality education; HIV and AIDS; Sexual orientation and gender identity; poverty reduction strategies; human rights; ICPD; MDGs; young women's health and rights |
