    Organizational structure: IT IS COMPOSED MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE, TRUSTEES AND SECRETARIAT. THE COMMITTEE IS HEADED BY A CHAIRMAN, WHILE THE SECRETARIAT IS HEADED BY THE COORDINATOR. THERE ARE SEVEN COMMITTEE MEMBERS, THREE TRUSTEES AND FOUR STAFF MEMBERS. THE SECRETARIAT IS MADE UP OF THE COORDINATOR, OFFICE ASSISTANT(SECRETARY), FINANCIAL CLERK, AND PROGRAMS ASSISTANT.
    Number and type of members: IT DRAWS ITS MEMBERSHIP FROM THE COMMUNITY MEMBERS, ABOUT 2000 MEMBERS, LOCAL REGISTERED ORGANIZATIONS LED BY WOMEN AND YOUTH, THERE ARE 12 MEMBERS NOW, INDIVIDUALS INTERESTED IN OUR WORK AND MISSION.
