    Organizational structure: Ilngwesi Afya Program has a 7-member Board of Management elected by the Ilngwesi community at an Annual General Meeting. The primary role of the Board is to Formulate Policies and recruitment of the staffs. They report to the AGM. The program has 13 professional staffs who implement policies of the organization. The staffs are headed by the Managing Director (MD).The Program manager oversees the activities carried out by the field coordinators who have direct and full time link to the community. The Program accountant ensures financial systems are in place and activities are implemented in accordance with the budget limits.
