    Organizational structure: The organization is managed by a director and a board of directors. an accountant and a assistant help the director to manage the organization. Then 6 officers are shared between : - 1 officer in charge of short term EVS (European Voluntary Service) (for youth with fewer opportunities), - 1 officer for long term EVS stays - 1 officer in charge of administrative tasks - 1 officer in charge of activities development and networking. - 1 officer is in charge of Leonardo mobility programmes - 1 officer based in Grenoble, is in charge of the development of the association in région Rhône Alpes (South East of France)
    Number and type of members: Number and type of members: (Characters left: 3451) Actives members of ADICE are the actors implied in the effective action of the structure. The actives members are 25 physical persons. They take part and vote into the general assembly and the board of direction. The passives members are those who contributes to the life of the association without voting but demonstrating their support by taking part into the action of the association; and in the general assembly. The number of members varies between 30 and 50 persons, depending of the year.
