General Assembly: It is the supreme body of the Panamanian Association of Brokers and Agents of Real Estate, which operates under the provisions of the Statute.
The General Assembly consist of all ACOBIR members, who have voice and vote without any limitations other than those expressly provided by statute and regulations.
Board: The Board consist of 9 members, namely: President, Vice President, Secretary, Sub-Secretary, Treasurer, Sub-Treasurer, Prosecutor and two members as provided in the statute.
CEO: It is the legal representative and his duties are set by the statute of the Association.
Executive Direction and Administration: The administration and daily management of the issues dictate, the Board and the CEO. |
