    Organizational structure: Global Aid Network is comprised of departments that are intended to address specific areas of the mission of the organization. These departments are under the direction of department directors, who report to the CEO of the organization. The leadership of the organization falls under the supervision of the Board of Directors. Global Aid Network and its Board of Directors are required to meet annually in order to appoint Directors and to attend to other business. All of the activities of Global Aid Network are exercised under the direction of the Board of Directors. The Board delegates the management of day-to-day operations to other persons, provided that the activities of the organization are exercised under the ultimate direction of the Board.
    Number and type of members: Global Aid Network has only one Member, Campus Crusade for Christ, Inc. This Member may not be suspended or terminated for any reason, and it is entitled to vote on each matter submitted to it. Campus Crusade for Christ, Inc. is the sole member of Global Aid Network. If Campus Crusade for Christ should dissolve as a corporation, prior to such dissolution it may designate another organization to replace it. If it does not designate a member prior to such dissolution, Global Aid Network will then have no members.
