Organizational structure: |
RCP has a Governance Board with the authority to guide, control and oversee activities managed by the Management Team. The Governance Board is composed of six senior - level professionals in the human rights, gender, media, refugee-affairs and legal fields. The board is the highest decision-making structure of the RCP; it is responsible for the policy direction of the organisation and oversees its achievements. The Director is responsible for the day-to-day management of the organisation and together with his management team is accountable to the Governance Board. |
